Workshops are high energy, interactive and practical.

These are usually booked for large or small teams or as part of a conference. Workshops have an educational component, personal work, large and small group discussions and immediate, actionable take-aways.

Each session usually lasts 2 hours, however content can be adapted from 1 - 4 hours to suit your event.

Our facilitator will host this session in person or virtually. Participants will be provided with further reading and content as well as additional support to increase sustainable behaviour change. Workshops can be adapted to your virtual platform of choice or ConsciousWorks can host your team on Zoom.

    These sessions first involve leaders collectively creating a strategic plan for the team, department or organization. This is followed by a session involving the entire group, or a specific set of representatives from the group to help facilitate conversation on implementation.

    • Psychological safety will be explored in a series of articles, key concepts, examples and discussion among leaders.

    • Leaders will work with the facilitator to create a strategic plan and norms in the team, department or organization to create psychological safety.
